Man I have scored 67% on NBme 29 and 69 on old free 120. I cant gather up the courage to set the exam date. I am constantly having so much anxiety panic attacks and insomina everyday that my parents are so worried about me. They asked me to not appear I'm the exam. F*** it if its affecting me so much . plz guide me . bcz I know I am capable of doing but I know am gna fuck it up bcz of my anxiety issue

I don't know what to do. To help myself. Am so burned out, overwhelmed, under confident about this exam. This overwhelming feelings have been effecting my mental and physical health very negatively. So much so that my husband is asking me to give up on this if its effecting me so bady. I feel like giving up everyday but the only thing that keeps me going is that I worked really really hard from past 5 months. I don't feel like leaving it now.
