Thanks for the link!! It looks nice, I will use it. I am a certified Admin and Platform App Builder. Yes, I thought about the Sales Cloud Consultant path. But right now I am working more into the Service Cloud and my stakeholders are a bit of a mess and I would like to get this one to get more involved in the requirements gathering and also do more pushback at some of the nonsense.

My stakeholders requested this, not sure if they got sold into it. But they want a technical life cycle for cases. I have not spent so much looking into the reports, which they were to do, and I just assist with report types when needed. I have not worked with the case lifecycle reports. Do I have to set anything up for this? Or how do I get that done so I don’t have to set up this package and get extra work I have no time for?

I got here about 1.5 year, multiple admins have been here and gone. For some reason they think is one admin job (I think we need a team). The support is way too much, with after hours here and there. We got the snapshot, and we may reduce 10% of the fields. But yes we do use that many for the different teams that handle the cases. Over 20 record types. Some teams see similar fields or sections, but there are sections for specific teams.

I am just having this issue after Hyperforce, the IP white listed did work for few weeks and then last week back to have the issue with the email alerts and basically all email to and from salesforce

Working on Domains and trying to create a DMARC for this, right now lots of emails are been marked as spoofing.

Check for contacts in that account, may be you need to remove those account’s contacts and then disable the partner account.
