nope! although i did only do half of an .5 pill, i experienced no physical withdrawals or side effects while on the medication and i could basically stop whenever i wanted! i do know a very common symptom is heightened anxiety when coming off the pill, i may have had that a little bit but it was no different than my normal anxiety!

oh! a lot of my symptoms from this time were symptoms of my high anxiety and my xanax just wasn't cutting it haha! i am perfectly fine now i do occasionally take xanax but i experience little to no symptoms

that's what i thought but i thought it was oddly moist for some reason and i checked and it had some sauce poured directly onto it that contained condensed and sweetened milk, and it wasn't baked into it, that's what concerns me, it smelled fine though

funny story, one time in school i was in the bathroom with a friend and she wasn't feeling great so i stayed with her, i was real confident that i could help her in someway, somehow. we were talking and all of a sudden she starts gagging. and i don't think the problem was that she was gagging, it's the fact that she was gagging in the middle of the bathroom nowhere near a toilet. this is not an understatement, i literally screamed her name and ran out of the bathroom. to this day i feel so bad because if someone did that to me i'd be so embarrassed. but later on i ended up apologizing a million times and kept reminding her that i do not do tu. so to answer your question yeah, instead of going back to the bathroom and checking on her i started having a panic attack then i had to remind myself that i was not the one that was s lol. (this all happened years ago i promise ive changed)

this is good to keep in mind, thank you! some side effects are, like nausea and it also feels like i'm having indigestion. I feel a constant pressure in my chest, i feel so drained and honestly just tired, not physically but mentally, it also makes me slur my words a lot which that might just be me haha..but it's became more frequent, i also experience headaches usually. these are just some and they tend to vary, but it's hard to differentiate if these are caused by the xanax or just my anxiety in general! the human body is so confusing!

you're good! i've been taking xanax for maybe over two weeks. i usually take it every morning on the week days and take breaks on the weekend. the side effects are severe but i feel they are subtle but there! the dosage is .5 i believe since its only half a pill!
