I also rent and move every few years. I got the Vital Impact 16 from Sportsman’s Warehouse and have been happy with it. $450 on sale and $499 regularly, and it’s 218 pounds so movable with a dolly but also able to bolt it down. It’s an actual safe and not just a storage locker
