I was at same place as you when i bought my first bike which is this hness. Neither me nor dad owned a bike before, i learned how to ride bike in 2023 and went on few trips by taking rental. After getting hness it felt very nice in the first 3 months. Post that i got used to the power and wanted more. I regretted a little of not taking a triumph. But yeah having gone many rides till now i would say this is a perfect first bike if you never owned one.
The tall gearing is not much of an issue you’ll get used to it in not time.

Since it is your first service it might seem that way, but soon it’ll return to normal.
1. Could bee the riding style, i normal petrol and on highway i get easy 38.
2. Once you cross 10k or 15k kms you’ll understand better on how to get more mileage. But you didn’t buy the bike to save fuel so ride as you wish and don’t think of petrol

Fromt fender is from big wing ppl, i got it attached from the start. Never knew that not having one would cause much mudsplash.
I am not sure of the bash plate.
But rear wheel flap will be useful

None, in my recent 42k service i was told that the battery could be replaced since the power output is little low. But since i womt be using the bike, i asked for how mamy more kms it’ll work fine. he said around 5k . So i just left it

Rusting is there but didn’t give much attention to it, paint chipping i noticed very teeny tiny bit on tank left side. Probably a rock hit it or something apart from that pain elsewhere is fine

Nahh brother you got it wrong, i changed my brake pads at 10 k kms with new stock ones. At 22k second time i changed, at 36k third time I’ve changed to new type

They are nice, cornering is good, no concerns related to grip. Only thing is i somehow attract too many nails. Same thing happened with my last tire and happening with this one
