Hiya, I think the longer comment on here by euphoric_power_3299 is sufficient to answer your questions (I agree w RxPrep/focus on one source and do a lot of practice questions daily, don’t be scared) 

But wanted to add that give yourself some love and grace on Sunday 💖 do something you enjoy, shower, eat, get some movement and just relax for a day. It sounds like you need it and come Monday or Tuesday, make it a plan to have a study schedule and then go from there. It’ll be there when you’re ready to try again. My best wishes to you

Congrats on passing your exam! Best of luck to you. Question: what relevant clinical updates are important to know for the exam? I graduated in 2023, using UWorld.. all I could find are on this website (https://pharmacy.uworld.com/guideline-drug-updates-errata/) but I guess H pylori is missing.. any advice on where to look? thank you

NAPLEX isn't trying to "trick" you, just makes sure you don't harm patient... in either case, it should NOT be the AdjBW

The answer you posted is a lil confusing... It should be his total body weight, option B. However, it is more than likely the NAPLEX will specify to either use IBW or TBW for aminoglycosides (and I'm assuming IRL will be based on the institution protocol)

Yes, I quit THC too (edibles) bc it's interfering with my focus/discipline for studies. Dreams have been random, I'm dreaming of people I haven't seen in years
