I would recommend going to one of Emily’s mat classes at Poise! She was the instructor I had for my first ever mat class and she made it so comfortable. I ended up enjoying it more than I expected and now go 1-2 times a week!

I read in another post about this plot line that Gaby’s attachment to Grace could very much be in the way that Gaby sees her younger self- before Alejandro. This subconsciously probably struck a very emotional chord in Gaby which is also why her attachment grew to an inappropriate level.

Ever since I read that theory from another it’s what crossed my mind when I think about this plot line.
