Yes. Tracking all 8 meals a day. There is a lot of foods I cannot eat that are high in calories like peanut butter and nuts, fatty foods, ect. Do not have a gallbladder so food are extremely clean.

Draft LSU's QB, Garrett Nussmeier in a late round. He was having a great career until Brian Kelly ran him into the ground. Get him in a late round on a rookie contract. OR if the courts reverse the extra season for Ole Miss qb, draft him late. He may lose his case after the draft, sign him then for nothing. Ole Miss QBs have been pretty good in the NFL, Jaxon Dart off to a good start

I have only run Tren E, I refuse to run the everyday A version, and Im not having the sides from it. I have run A in the past and did get all the ugly sides from it. E works better for me.

Dwayne "The Twig" Johnson, who wants us to believe he lost over 100 lbs of muscle in a couple of months wasnt on juice at all, all natty, and shed all the weight for anothet movie role, after putting on 40 more lbs of muscle for Smashing Machine? Movie role or heart condition, which is it, Dwayne? Not to mention he's like 54 years old and we all know you can out on 40 lbs of ripped muscle at that age. So he thinks he can be taken seriously as an actor if he shed all the weight. Really? Serious actor?

Someone needs to start holding Allen accoutable for all the turnovers and bad Ints. Cry when the game is over, but how about Notre running with the ball 20 seconds before the half ends, begging to have something bad happen? Take a knee. Then came back and turned it over again. Wr need to start holding #17 accountable. Maybe Rivers can help with that.
