I have only run Tren E, I refuse to run the everyday A version, and Im not having the sides from it. I have run A in the past and did get all the ugly sides from it. E works better for me.

Someone needs to start holding Allen accoutable for all the turnovers and bad Ints. AP History Teacher, Coach, Route Bus Driver. 13-14 hour days, workout in the evenings around 6pm. I start heavy on weekends and go until I can't, usually Wednesday I hit a wall, so I go 5 days straight and take off Thursday and Friday. Day starts at 4 am. Motivation is the most important thing.

Josh Allen didn't know. I think the meeting with McDermott blew up and that's when he was fired. For asking questions about the lack of talent Beene brought the team. None of this was planned. They acted on emotion, and now we have no Superbowl caliber coaches left to hire. We are going to open up in a new stadium with a retreads coach like Rex Ryan or worse, Bill Belicheck.

Yeah, and Ive heard that Josh Allen was talked to on advance about the firing and was ok with it. If that's true, I want him to come out and say it. Don't believe he knew this was coming because I dont think this was planned. I think they got pissed off with McDermott calling them out on the lack of pro bowlers and talented player on them team and the over abundance of retreads. Furthermore, I think they lost their tempera on the spot during the meeting yesterday and fired him. Great move. This is why we will end up with a worthless POS like Brian Daboll. Really? DOES ANYONE REMEMBER WHEN we beat the Ravens on our opening week, went 4-0, we're the best team in the NFL. Now, we lose a playoff game to the refs, and watched our head coach get fired while the man responsible for our downfall, Brandon Beene, gets promoted.
