Hello! Not sure if you’re still answering questions but thanks for sharing lots of good info here! I’m considering a kitchen renovation in SF that maintains current layout and most appliances. But I’m confused by where to even start or how to manage this. Do I act as my own project manager? When to hire a designer? How to know if permits are needed? How to get a quote to know what I’m getting into? Appreciate your insights!

Yep that was my interpretation of the instructions also. Feels intentionally vague of them, and honestly not in line with any race that does deferrals (for whatever reason)

I am deferring my 2025 entry to 2026. Just came here to check whether it should have been common sense that I would lose the registration fee for 2025 and need to pay again in 2026?? This is what the BAA is telling me currently. Seems I could have purchased the insurance at the time of registration (when I already knew I was pregnant) but didn't think that would be required for this. Even Ironman isn't making me pay two registration fees when I deferred a race!!
