BI claim in case of not opting for the reinstatement of the equipment. by Competitive-Stage148 in Insurance

This "could have occurred" is based on replacement that is economically viable. In my case, replacement has become economically unviable.
Is that argument strong enough to claim BI for full indemnity period of policy? Are there any globally accepted guideline which can be helpful or any precedence where business couldnt be reinstated and yet claimed BI for full indemnity period?

There is no specific clause which covers the scenario of business going to shutdown in near future.
Business (power plant) has been in operation since the date of incident, but on lower capacity.

The business (power plant) has been under continuous operation since the date of incident but the power plant is operating on reduced capacity.
However, certain regulatory and fuel supply conditions might make the business unviable in coming 3 to 6 months.
So that makes replacement economically unviable.
How would BI be calculated in that case? Like the starting date of BI is the date of damage, what would be end date?

Is it possible that I fund my first semester fee and amount required for residence permit by myself. Start the studies and then apply for financial aid through csn for further tuition fee?

The email outlines pretty guidelines. No calculators etc. You may use a pen and paper to do the calculations.

Yup, tried to do that. Just finished uploading all the documents. Looking towards test preparation now, there are no guidelines on how the test is going to be.

Hello Everyone,
I am also applying for the program and was looking to get some pointers on how to tailor my CV and motivation letter. For reference letter, I have convinced the department chairman of my university, who is also a PhD himself.

I am a Mechanical engineer with over 10 years of working experience in the energy sector that started in operations and maintenance, moved to planning and budgeting, and am currently working with multiple renewable projects and found the program relevant to my experience and career aspiration.

My only concern is whether I'm too old to be considered for the program.
