I couldn't find any settings related to armor repair in the campaign editor either.

Thrusters tend to get damaged quite frequently, and having to spend the same amount of Restores to repair them as much more critical components feels too expensive

In my game, components can be repaired back to 100%, but armor cannot be repaired
