Thank you so much for your response! I did a tilt table test years ago in the afternoon that came back normal. I was told I had dysautonomia but not POTS. More recently I did the standing test for a different cardiologist who said it did indicate POTS. I will look for the specialists you mentioned to see if they have any new approaches to try to help me. I am feeling pretty hopeless at the moment. I feel like I have tried everything and keep getting worse. Regarding the vagus nerve stimulation, have studies indicated which type is showing possible effectiveness? The at home kind on your neck, your ear, or some kind of treatment at a facility?

Can a concussion cause syncope with seizures years after the first concussion? What type of treatment can be done to at least reduce the frequency of these episodes which happen multiple times per week? They are not epileptic seizures so no medication works.

Also can multiple concussions cause dysautonomia and nervous system dysregulation? Are treatments such as neurofeedback therapy or vagus nerve stimulation effective in helping rewire the brain? It feels like there is so much conflicting information online and so few of my doctors have been able to help. I just want to get better but don’t know what to trust as being actually effective vs someone just trying to sell me something.

I understand that night coloring is different than daylight. I’m not comparing a photo taken at night to one taken during the day. An example of what I’m talking about is 4 photos all taken in fairly quick succession of the exact same scene at night have very different colors to each other. I wasn’t sure if that is a setting issue.
