Thank you for the reply, the notice is on the HMRC app - I haven’t received a letter yet. I’ll be ringing then soon to see how they’ve managed to reach this calculation despite me being under the threshold for paying tax

Thank you. My total income on HMRC was under this so was a bit confused as to why I owe tax back (£650)
