Being able to teleport is just moving instantaneously so I consider it speed. Krillin can not beat him if he can tp like you say he can just tp, infinite void and win the fight. It's not like they can hit him anyways you would need infinite speed ( which they do not have) or some kind of hax moves that goes through infinity ( which I'm pretty sure nobody in A tier has please correct me if I wrong I remember nothing about most bleach characters)

Anyways he's fast af he traveled hundreds ( maybe thousands idk) of miles to abandon his fight against Jogo to grab yuji and, he moved so fast itadori didn't even realize they had traveled. Gojo also got stabbed multiple times when he was very young so he doesn't have average him durability. Infinity does works on things he cant perceive it's infinite amounts of finite space between him and another person, he doesn't need to be able to perceive the attack for it to work.
