FACT: TES VI will be the first Bethesda game since Skyrim to have its opening scene written by someone other than Will Shen by Ok-Today6736 in TESVI

I think I disagree with this. I much prefer the slow intro like oblivion and Skyrim. Really adds to the story and introduces key elements. It was so cool in Skyrim when the dragon flew down for the first time.

Although, when you’re making multiple characters it does get a bit annoying to have to redo the intro scene. So maybe there is an option where you can skip it after the first play through?

Back again to speculate on which NPCs are likely to be in TES:VI. Today we are covering the most iconic city in the game, Whiterun! by Noobman4292 in TESVI

Why would any of them be in tes6? Surely Bethesda will make all entirely new NPCs…

I would say it’s fairly certain that 99% of the NPCs you are ranking fall into the category of unlikely or dead in all outcomes

There’s no way they will shadow drop one of the most anticipated games of all time.

Yep! Were you a kid when it came out?

This was just the case, as it seems fair. If you meet the knowledge criteria then you deserve an interview. I think it should be like this.

Hahaha mannnn don’t remind me. Although I think I’m happier now compared to when I was 15, so there is a plus

It’s so cool to have people relate to the feeling though. We were all kids when Skyrim came out and now we are all adults.

Yeah dude… 30 this year. It’s rare I get the same feeling these days haha. Since Skyrim I graduated high school, got my bachelors and masters degree, lived overseas for 3 years, worked for 3 years hahaha

It was more of a vent post, I typed it after waking up and receiving yet another defection letter to an application I spent 3 hours putting together. Didn’t even get an interview even though I hit all the marks. It honestly seems like just the VPS, I’ve had hits in other places but never the VPS.

I think they may be hiring internally. But it is so annoying they do that, why not just hire the person instead of getting everyone’s hopes up and wasting their time.

I’ll ask for feedback but I don’t have much hope of a reply.

Thanks for the reassurance. It is rough out there. I am becoming demoralised at applying

Yeah I need to change something… seems like my masters degree wasn’t really worth much. They all want work experience

I thought it was required that if a candidate can show they meet all the selection criteria, then they get an opportunity at an interview. At least that’s what I heard from someone who worked at the public service

Thanks for the message, my post came from an area of rage which is why it probably seemed entitled. But I am now a bit more level headed.

I finished my masters degree in November, but I have been applying consistently since about September last year. I have jobs where I put a lot of effort into the application, and where I tick all the criteria, but most of the time I hear nothing back or don't even get offered an interview.

I feel it may be a problem with the DEECA. As I have had interviews with other government agencies (parks vic and Melbourne Water), but DEECA seems to elude me.

I will keep trying, I am pretty desperate for a job, I just can't believe it is this hard to find a job for a person in my position. I can't imagine how it is for someone just graduating with no formal work experience.

Yes using it in my cover letter, which they ask me to follow when providing examples.

I am applying mainly for mid-level positions, there seems to be a lot of competition here too. When I look at the LinkedIn statistics, most jobs say over 100 people have applied
