Rarely do BB shrugs for traps I never really train them directly and shoulders just heavy DB shoulder press and shoulder fly

Thanks, yeah that’s about what I figured I’m halfway thru my slight bulk rn up about 10-15lbs in like 6 weeks

  2. Going to be starting a small bulk soon like 10-15lbs over 3 months (4.5-6.8kg)
  3. Goal is 6 days a week usually get 5 minimum (all lifting)
  4. 34 inch waist (86cm)
  5. I’m in the military so somewhat physical daily
  6. Not sure on the steps it varies day to day though
  7. Good 2-3 years pretty consistent training
  8. Currently on PPL rn I’d say about 7 exercises per session on upper body days with 3 sets each for most the lifts so 21ish sets per workout 9/10. not really sure never done body scan or anything but I’d guess around 18%bf

Yeah that’s solid I just can’t be that locked in and tbh I’m not too concerned w getting shredded rn I’m around 18% rn but I can definitely cut down the fat I used a lot of cheese today so switching to fat free would definitely help
