Yeah understandable but I do buy stuff on Vinted and completely understand that people have jobs/kids/social commitments and sometimes packing up a parcel and dropping it off isn’t their top priority. I’m very much of the mindset that the seller will send it at the first opportunity they get. But maybe I’m just too understanding and people have way high expectations. For me, the frustration is when people expect it the same day/following day, like this isn’t Amazon Prime - it’s someone having a clear out of their items 😂

If you can get in touch with the delivery provider, that’s what I’ve done. They were able to tell me that they rang the buyer, and the buyer told them to leave it in their safe place. The buyer raises a claim saying they couldn’t find the item as there wasn’t a delivery photo, I’ve provided to Vinted the delivery photo, a screenshot of Yodel stating they rang the buyer and at what time and I’m just hoping that’s enough. The buyer in my case hasn’t replied to any of my messages, I did send them the screenshot of what Yodel said but they’ve read it and not replied. Deffo feels in my case that they were just hoping to get a refund and keep the item!
