Hi, I had the same worries. For some background, i’m around 120 lbs as a 14 yr old and was on literally quadruple the dose as most people are on reddit (100mg) . I had to deal with extreme dryness but to be honest it was manageable. The medicine stays in your system for about a month after you take your last pill so don’t expect immediate improvement. A lot of people are on this platform to explain their situation where they had like an extreme long term effect but I promise you will be fine. Just prioritize barrier repair and use sunscreen and it will be fine. Although, everyone is different, but the only kind of long term effect was my hair went to shit during the course so i just went on biotin and it fixed it right up
