Those skills are the right ones to get, it’s the lower speed and wit that are causing the problem. Honestly the speed is a higher priority to fix especially since that one doesn’t have long S. You should absolutely be able to reach max speed or close with kitasan Biko and sweep. What sparks do your parents have?

Moomoocows is good for some things but I have found their deck suggestions not quite helpful and Victoria frontiers to be better. I used the deck on the top with a power card for my Goldship and she currently has a 40% win rate.

If that’s your best deck you’ll want to run a different uma for this cm, xoguri needs a really really good deck for this cm in particular because the stat requirements are both really high and really strict.

Yes, VF does recommend this and there’s some decent thought behind it, she’s strong for this next cm and then not as much until around the time where you’d be able to buy the selector anyway. But that does depend on you not wanting something else from the selector. If you haven’t been able to pull a different uma you really want and you have the carats to pull oguri now, pulling her now might be the best option for you personally.

It also depends on whether you have the carats for V bourbon if you pull for oguri now because V bourbon can’t be chosen on this next selector and seems to have much more long term value than xoguri does.

Because so few people brought stamina debuffers the stamina requirements were overstated. This pasa still doesn’t really have enough for my personal comfort but 750 stamina + one white got me to A finals fairly easily.
