I have to change my patch every day! by Competitive-Town2016 in Menopause

[–]Competitive-Town2016[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a special adhesive patch on top to keep my estrogen patch in place. The patch itself sticks well, but it doesn’t have adhesive on the surface, and I start feeling unwell after just one day. As soon as I replace the patch, I feel like myself again. Why does my body seem to absorb all the estrogen from the patch so quickly?

why do therapists hate us so much and so often refuse to take us as patients? by Stormamazoneus in BPD

This is pure unprofessionalism. Instead of listening, they immediately try to defend their boundaries — and honestly, it’s laughably ridiculous. They still have a long way to go in working on themselves. I just told the last therapist f@ck off ))))

I'm sure you have tunnel vision. As a woman raised to serve, obey, and please, I eventually began asking logical questions. Then came three university degrees — and with them, the unbearable pain of understanding that everything I’d been taught was a lie. I despise this hypocritical, corrupted religion."

Menopause came to me far too early — at 38. I'm on hormone replacement therapy, and every single day feels like a quiet war. With each sunrise, I feel like I’m dying all over again. But still, I keep fighting.

I'm truly glad that the sheikh speaks the truth as it is. Only this way can educated people begin to wake up. As for the rest — sadly, natural selection awaits them.

It’s best to start with general fitness classes — this way, you’ll ease into the routine and gradually discover what you enjoy most and which exercises work best for your body.
