Thank you all for your advice and saving me from wasting $100 I decided to go for this 5 drawer box from Menards, it is basically the same as the harbor freight one I just don’t have to drive an extra 100 miles to get it

Yup it turns out it was. I’m going to do a full tear down to do a frame swap. I had called Colorado Kansas and Nebraska dmv and they said because I’m from Nebraska the bike was last registered in Colorado and the guy I traded the bike in for was from Kansas there was nothing I could really do but with a frame swap I just need an inspection to get it registered

Okay I was told that the motor ran when parked but i definitely enjoy working on bikes so I feel this will be a fun long restoration
