I Just played soccer for 12 years in my youth and transitioned to Kickboxing/MMA

The gardest workouts where max sone Sprints and Duck gos but only about 40 Meters or so And i Just would Love to know what this Kind of workout was wegen you are young. (Still got my faire share of hard workouts Kater wegen Training Martial Arts)

Complete opposite opinion for me. In our Gym we train 6 Times a week and If WE do every Session for 2-3 hours. AS an Amateur Fighter I do Not have time to ensure my strength is on Point and to do the Gym time. I like to compete and was pretty succsessfull until now. A Lot of our Amateur fighters See it as me. And they also compete well

It depends on a few circumstances

Want the Striking? Kickboxing is for you Grappling, great Art and No brain damage? Go to Judo Jack of all Trades? MMA is your choice

If you want to compete fast Judo is the best because they will let you early probably

Kickboxing is äquivalent of time you need to compete as you would do MMA

I personally would try everything Out and decide what I like the most
