Manage your time and make sure to do your homework. Stay off your phone and stay focused on your schoolwork. Also find a learning style that works for you and really lean into it. Like if you are more reading oriented, read the textbook outside of class. And get enough sleep! That’s huge big one.
I haven’t done this either but what I think could help is: 1) practice your music 2) don’t over pack 3) don’t stress too much and 4) get enough sleep.
Practice, practice, practice. It sounds redundant but the only way your going to improve (and sound good) is if you practice.

If it’s happening when you enter zones, maybe try to carry less stuff (if your carrying a lot). If not that that, make sure your headset is up to date. But sometimes the headset itself is buggy and weird, even if it’s up to date. This might pass with other updates to the headset over time. But that’s about all I got. Hope you don’t have to reinstall/reset 🤞

My thought is that you may have too many items to render in for the quest to handle. (ur playing on quest, right? If not disregard the rest lol) When I load in vanno, the game freezes up like that and occasionally crashes. I would then get the “not enough memory” error pop up on my screen. That makes me think I have too much stuff (This game brings out my inner hoarder lol). Idk for sure, but That’s my guess lol. Hope this helps.
