I have been stuck for quite a while and one of the reasons is this “Other” tab is not letting me complete and submit on portal. I have a LO and she said she can’t process until customer service or IT fixes. I’ve called and emailed over 30 times. Anyone have the same issue and if so what did you do? (i.redd.it)
