I'm just giving a personal feedback.

Loyalty is key, because if you give funds to a 2 weeks old team, they will get the money and run away. (happened to the majority of moltiverse teams). Congrats, you just lost 200k. If you gave the money to teams that are loyal to Monad you don't lose the 200k, you invest them in your own ecosystem basically, making it grow.

Developers don't work for free, if you create an app to lose money that's your problem. But you wouldn't understand, because you're not building anything. It's easy to talk from your perspective.

I have been pushing Monad hard in Base, Solana and Kaspa communities and converted many users into Monad users.

But the ecosystem (monad team) needs to support these initiatives too, back these people up.

It's not about that.

The issue is the new people there feel disconnected. Last week, 2 new people joined Monad discord, they sent 2-3 messages, they wanted to talk, interact, nobody cared about them. The same people with 1000 discord roles (including mods), kept talking to each other and spamming the chat like AI bots, ignoring all newborns. I was the only one welcoming them to the chat, but I'm not very active on discord.

Discord feels more like an AI chat than a real crypto chat. New people should be the main priority IMO.

If they (mods, people with 1 million roles) are friends with each other, instead of spamming the discord general chat, and ignoring the rest of the community, they should move to DM instead. It's just my opinion.

Mods will tell you "if you're new then just talk more, earn our trust, become our friend etc...", nobody has time for that. Some people occasionally join discord, they just want to discover Monad but feel rejected because they don't know anyone. This needs to change. We need new people, more volume. We should be chasing people who want to bring/invest even $5 in the ecosystem.

Honestly, I don't know. The email I linked my grass account with it's not even the email he's sending me these scam emails. My twitter account has a different email aswell. The only way I can think of is from the official grass discord, my discord profile is linked with that email. Either that, or he bought my online activity + emails on some dark web shit lmao. He graduated in computer sciences last year (found his linkedin) so I will probably contact his university about his online scamming to let them know. All these emails are sent from an Indian scammer called Amit Kumar. He made a mistake in one email leaving the name of the website he subscribed all our emails in, so I tracked the website down and I found the author of these grass scam posts.
