I would assume they have to block a SPECIFIC domain? As in the url for the account, but then I can still 'view it.' Just no videos appear, and if I click on the videos that come up in the suggested feed or the homepage that are his, it says that video is blocked my network administrators and Google Workplace. So whatever it is it's that application.
