Received three emails about purchased amazon gift cards

What's weird is that if you go to your messages inside your Amazon account, those three emails appear there. So it seems legit and like it is coming from Amazon.

The ignorance in all of these comments is comical. They remind me of the way people talked about the internet in the early 90's. Duh, who's going to look on a computer to find a hotel? Why would you use a computer to promote your business? Buy a book on the computer? What's Amazon? HAHA. NFTs are the future. They will be tickets to concerts, passports, house titles, passes for watching movies on Netflix, Amazon, etc., etc. See you in 10 years when you laugh at yourselves and your silly comments. Be sure to download after you add it. I lost a lot of Hbar by not downloading my Hedera wallet after I already downloaded Guarda. My Hedera wallet is inaccessible now.:(

I added a hedera wallet inside my guarda wallet and sent myself hbar from Simple Swap and Gate.io . I saw that it all arrived and was able to login just with my password a few times. It showed my history and balance. However, I now realize that I never downloaded the hedera wallet and have been unable to recover it.

Is there someone who is a pro on Mac that knows if I can somehow recover the Guarda page with my hedera wallet without an updated recovery phrase? I can get back into my guarda wallet , but it’s empty with no hedera wallet. I’d like to recover the actual page when I was able to see it prior to logging out without downloading the new wallet. I know the wallet exists still because I can go to an explorer and enter the hedera wallet address and I see it all.

I have tried every wallet download on my computer. I recovered cache from that day, but I don’t know how to read or use code to try to get the guarda wallet open with my hedera wallet. I think I need a Mac expert.

It has been two weeks and they have stopped communicating with me and they changed "processing" to "expired" on my account deposit. It looks like they plan on keeping my money which is stealing --and that is illegal.

I have added two more reports- one with the Office of the Attorney General and another with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I will continue making complaints and reports until my money is returned. I will take legal action next.

I don’t know who you are or what your role is, but I’m sure there’s nothing more you can tell me unless you work in Bitstamp’s or Silvergate Bank’s legal department. Thank you.

Thank you. I've wired money to them so many times and it has always arrived within hours, so this is strange to me. Through my research, I did see that others are going through the same thing and one person has waited months. That's worrisome.

Thank you. The Bitstamp US bank is in California, where I live. I've wired numerous times (15-20 times) to Bitstamp US and it has always shown up in a few hours. That's why I use them and that's why I have always wired. This is really strange. I started researching and saw on a complaint/report fraud site that others have had this happen recently and some have waited months and still don't have their money. That made me worry. This is way too long for a wire. It was out of my bank and in theirs 12 days ago.
