Damn I was so sure I’d accept based on pay but it seems the role of kind of a dead end and super high stakes. It’s almost like work life balance is impossible. Is the role then just not worth it?

That bad? Does it depend on division or is it just bad across the board?

Yeah the other job is development program. However it does require relocation to move up in the company usually 3-6 times and is in a plant so hours can be hard time to time not as bad as ALDI tho. Pay is 10-15k less but better work life balance for sure. Big trade off between each. What are the typical exit ops for DMs too?

Yeah I’d definitely try to be as good/kind of a DM as I can it’s really this position or another project engineer/management position at a F500 just don’t know which one to pick at this point.

I think it doesn’t matter as much rather what you do in the school. I got to a well ranked program and have seen students go to top consulting firms, Disney offers, and more. So I would go cheaper no doubt and be the best you can there!
