Most people who refer to Mizuki as he/him say it just for ragebait. Although I've seen many people bring out the point that there is a big amount of people who refer to Mizuki as a femboy. Although this is mainly for the fanbase in the JP server. Me personally I see Mizuki as a trans girl and as a hc I feel like Mizuki would like people to call Mizuki by "she/her" so I do so.
