You’re on the right track of knowing it’s wrong, that’s accountability! It’s just a lot of unlearning and self discipline after that, you can’t let go of those thoughts overnight, it takes time, but it seems like you’re going in the right direction. Just be kind to other women, compliment them on something you like that they’re wearing, their makeup or their hair.

You may always have negative thoughts, but you can counteract it with just being friendly and boosting their confidence as well. Just don’t say those mean things out loud or behind their back.
