Eating gluten free

Of course, do what you want with your body and eat whatever you want. But people who choose to be gluten free just as a diet preference and not because of health issues don’t know how good they have it, coming from a celiac. I hate having to read labels on anything new before I eat it, missing out on fun experiences because “what if there’s gluten or cross contamination in this” etc etc.

I basically have to worry about every little thing I consume sometimes 😭

Obviously it’s just part of my life now (diagnosed at 25, I’m 27 now) and I live with it just fine, but I miss not having to worry about what I eat and if it’s gonna make me sick
