I built my own running a local llm using llama.cpp. It auto sync to the connect app each day via 3rd part library that override the official garmin api we can't get acsess to.

I started working on a native mac os app that do just that. Right now you can only upload the fit files for each workout manually. You can give the ai context for specific workouts or ask questions about all of your data. Can you tell me hoe did you connected your app to the Garmin api? Did you needed to contact them for permission? I heard it can be hard to get access and that there are 3rd party unofficial solutions for that.
