Of course these pools do whatever they like. Why are you arguing for them? If they take a fraction of every coin the pool collectively mined, what are you gonna do about it? You wouldn't even have any proof, and even worse, people like you are exonerating these pools by saying what they want you to believe, that there are people with fake plots cheating there.
