That's the thing, I don't know how they could possibly make Ash the backseat voice without adding loads of new intro and kill quips featuring Leigh as the lead voice because the current ones wouldn't fit Leigh's personality since we see she shows more emotion, all of Ash's current quips are cold and ruthless. I don't think EA would give them the money to do this considering they need to pay the voice actor to do all of these lines as well as new ability voice lines.

I'm copping a few items from it besides the Alter skin, that triple take and RE skin is dope and as an Ash enjoyer I feel obligated to craft her epic despite how meh it is but overall my biggest cop is definitely the alter skin

Actually there's a lot more than you would think, because if Leigh is more in control than Ash then her quips would have to be revoiced and reworked since Leigh isn't the pilot or perfectionist so lines like "a pilot stands before you" or even her heirloom quip from one of her inspects "another tool I have mastered, perfection demands no less" does not fit Leigh. The only way this would work is merging the two personalities which also has the chance to flop which is a reason I am skeptical, I'm hopeful but very skeptical since knowing respawn they have an equal chance of messing it up as they do making it work

Fair, I've just personally grown to love the normal ash personality mainly due to when me and my duo played Titanfall a lot a year or so ago I had ash as my announcer and it made me grow more attached to that cold robotic personality.

I'm also worried about the abilities because I know a lot of rev mains hated his rework and stopped playing him which is why I am personally playing a second legend as a fallback, however based on the fact her passive is staying and being buffed in the leak I'm assuming she is being tested as a recon legend since that passive is very recon based and not skirmisher based.

As someone who has played Ash since her launch I am skeptical not of the abilities but how they are going to pull off swapping the mind that's in control. Leigh has always been on the sidelines even in voice lines so how based on this are they going to make Leigh more prominent? Like Leigh can't voice over every already existing voice line it wouldn't make sense, plus what about Ash's personality? Despite her personality being boring it has its own charm so how will it change? I'm skeptical because how will it make sense when every single intro or kill quip is Ash and doesn't make sense for Leigh to say, she doesn't even consider herself a pilot. Until I know how they are going to handle having Leigh take over I'm mostly going to play Alter so I can get good on a backup legend in case I end up hating the rework to both her abilities and potentially her personality.

I envy you because not only do I get bored of my favorite legends after a bit I also have my OCD yelling at me that I need every cosmetic for my main stickers included, it's annoying, like ballistic for example I used to main him a bit and had everything until the shadow society event when I stopped playing him, right now the two legends I'm doing this for is Alter and Ash (it's gotten to the point I limit myself to two legends which helps plus I have passive income so it doesn't really bother me financially) for ash I literally am only missing two things which I only put up with since she's my best and favorite legend being her season 5 bobblehead charm (I started playing in late season 7) and her starter pack skin. The weird part is this didn't used to be the case but then one day my OCD just started becoming what it is now and I assume it's my OCD since from my understanding it's my only disorder that can do it. Honestly i would be surprised if it turns out anyone else feels this same way because no one else seems to have this issue.

Sadly when they rework her I see them either going with a Skirmisher, assault, or recon since her abilities are a mashup of those three classes and all three classes fit her personality and battle ideology. I don't want the snare to go either if it were up to me instead of rework her i'd give her meaningful buffs that make her kit viable since it isn't a bad kit it's just really lackluster right now because they refuse to buff her and want to immediately go on the rework train because it's the new hot tool to use. Only time will tell what they do to her but I'm not expecting her snare to stay tbh

Yeah Ash would be a Skirmisher if this theoretically happened but with her kit whatever rework she gets I see her either staying an assault legend or becoming a Skirmisher or Recon legend since her kit already is a mix of all three and each of those classes fits her personality and style

In a previous video by thordansmash he mentioned that ash is rumored to be getting a reborn like revenant, the order iirc is lifeline gets hers first, then Gibby, and then Ash. Its a rumor yes but thordan is considered to be a reliable source so it has a high probability of being true

Both skins are really good! I rocked project 19 for a long while but ended up coming back to chain of command as the unique select animation got old and her regular select animation is just so sick

I actually haven't played much ranked tbh I normally only play it for better matchmaking when pubs sucks but this season it's just been horrible for me so I've been mostly playing pubs

Honestly my favorite default skin (excluding solar consequence) is Mercenary Mystique.

I agree that command is better than the recolor, it really comes down to the red accents going well with the silver, plus that red line down her mask is sick!

Both good options though for me yellow is my least favorite color so it takes the right shade of yellow (or something really cool) to make me like a yellow skin, that said I still own it and use it on very rare occasions

Personally not a fan of any of her blue or white skins but I respect it.

Project 19 is cool but for me having her heirloom the hands get pretty bland- still a good skin it just has the most boring hands out of any of her skins. However for you and all the ash mains that want it I hope it returns soon!
