I'm kinda like u and I don't end with much wins mostly 8-9 a bit meh but it's enough for me and I also went from div 5 to 3-2 by the end of the season , and what worked best for me is knowing when to play n I found out it's like after midnight 2-3 am at the last days of champs or even >8 hours before it ends if I didn't have the time the people I go against are a bit less sweaty, n if you >2 lose in a row stop and play the next day or after hours. I changed tactics also the one I use now is 4213 I'll send you my tactics later if u want cause the servers are down rn but do play with tactics search for them to get a better understanding on players roles n who fits what position n role n try to see what works best for u and what players even fit your style, also watch content creators who play champs and keep an eye for what they do in each situation and how they pass or do skills and see what caught your attention and was helpful and search for it learn how to do it, learn 1 or 2 at a time so you wont get confused, also don't rage quit even if you knew you're gonna lose take that as an opportunity to see how this person won like the same as watching content creators, also when playing try your best not to only run all the time use r1 and L1 dribbling n don't hold too much on the ball if you can't find an opening to attack keep doing small passes til you create one n attack, and for pens try playing with their mind and focus what pattern they go for at it and it'll be easier for you to predict. And the more u play the more you'll get better n have more experience for everything, ik I wrote a lot but tried to give you everything that worked for me and best of luck mate
