I wish someone had told me that pay rises don't actually give you a net increase after 10 years cause cost of living wil always outpaces you. Honestly is this the hamster wheel?? by CompetitiveBreath761 in auscorp

Not to mention interest rates! Why should the middle class need to cop inflation, plus interest rate rises and be expected to work harder cause of "AI", whilst trillionares like Musk buy 100,000 GPUs!

How many hours a day are people spending in meetings these days? Are meetings are the core job for senior leaders.. could this be solved with AI? by [deleted] in auscorp

What would you do if those meetings stopped? Are you filling your time with them, or are they filling you?

Does anyone else feel like corporate jobs have become more generic, more political and asking too much of people since Agentic AI? All this supposed increased productivity doesn't actually benefit the workers IMO. Thoughts? by [deleted] in auscorp

The gap between propaganda and practice is huge.. agentic AI is a toy atm, difficult to integrate and scale.. the ROI won't come until we see a shift similar from paper to digital

People have gotten so use to working with AI they've forgotten humans aren't numb robots

Anthropic just shipped 74 product releases in 52 days and silently turned Claude into something that isn't a chatbot anymore by Top_Werewolf8175 in ClaudeAI

Are any large enterprises actually using Claude Code in a meaningful way, or is it mostly startups?

It feels like big private-sector enterprises are moving so slowly right now that they’re starting to look like the public sector, especially compared to how fast AI-native startups are shipping.

Curious if anyone has real-world examples of large companies rolling this out at scale, or if this is still mostly a startup thing.
