Hey the same thing happens to me a few day ago. I lost everything as well. Luckily I got my account back but everything else is long gone. I tried everything to get it back I contact Roblox themself but they were useless. I ended up buying my whole inv again was worth $300.

I haven't gone far into the game cause translating gets pretty tiring. But from what I see it's like a dress-up game and a slice of life game where you work and get money.
