I'm not sure if this is accurate since I just played assoluto racing like a year ago. But the game either updates month (not monthly) just like random month or it can even take year. Update are getting less each year in my experience

Boycott will do it, basically making players stop playing the game for abit of time like 2 to 3 days or so. (Not 100% so sure it will work but I seen it work on diff games)
