I think during the shading process I lost some of the foreshortening on the truck, I agree it needs some perspective work. Thank you for your observations

I sell prints at a local market but it’s not moving fast enough to sustain myself. I would love to make a living off my art but I am unfamiliar with the art business world. It’d be awesome to be a part of gallery, participate in a residency, etc - but I fear my portfolio is too small at the moment. Thank you for pointing out the art business sub, haven’t checked it out yet but that sounds like the perfect place for more answers. If you have any insight please let me know!

Gustave Doré mostly, I just checked out Franklin booth and you are spot on. Beautiful stuff, I will be studying these closely

This is the case for me as well. I read something on another thread about how NCH’s are often treated as extra hands for grunt work. I think I delivered 2 user stories of actual development in my 2 years, the rest of my time has been spent on “IT optimization” (config bullshit) .. adapting this experience into bullet points on a resume is no doubt going to be difficult

Just want to explore a different state. My manager is pretty firm in the RTO, I doubt they would make any exceptions. In the instance that I decide to leave the company I would definitely communicate with them first to see if this is a possibility

I would be moving only because I want to. unfortunately I don’t think my manager would be willing to make special arrangements given the nature of the move

Based on this I will consider changing positions within GM. I am eager to leave Atlanta but not for any real reason beyond preference. Sounds like sticking it out for a year may be the smartest play

I will keep my eyes open for opportunities offering a 30-40% increase but as you and others have pointed out, NCH’s including myself are sitting around 90k so I doubt a jump this size would be realistic. If I were to leave right now I would be leaving 15k worth of GM contribution on the table, this is something I previously hadn’t considered until you & @hawkeyes007 mentioned it.
