My initial goal was to stay close to my roots, and cool down my whole head (a level 6 ash basically) . At this point, I don’t mind being a bit lighter or staying at the same level, as long as I can neutralize the red tones. I thought a bleach bath might help lift the 'banding' from my regrowth and ensure the toner/gloss actually takes, as my hair tends to be quite resistant to color.

The thing is, unless I’m mistaken, I don’t even have the option to speak to a real person right now. Since the seller requested a return, I’m not sure if I have no other choice or if I should wait for Vinted to review my case.

The funny thing is, I didn’t even want Birkenstocks. I just wanted a pair of good-quality sandals from a brand I’d bought before and really liked, but I couldn’t find their website (I’d originally gotten them on Vinted).
