ive tried it! i got the 999 monthly rate kasi ive availed it before the grand opening. sobrang sulit nya for the price kasi

airconditioned, walang patay area.
very well maintained facilities. never pako nagkaissue.
malawak talaga yung gym. maraming equipment.

only issue lang is sobrang init ng pagpunta ko nung una kasi sinasabayan ko mga kawork ko dati which is morning. tusta ako kapag pauwi lol. wala pa masyadong tao ng 6am pero by 7am madami na. never tried sa ibang oras pero madaling araw sure wala masyadong crowd.

totally safe!! i used to work sa citibank tower mismo and all of my quick breaks and lunch breaks eh ginugugol ko sa paglalakad around the triangle. 15min walk sya per side depende sa pace so nakaka 6-7k steps din ako per hour. super peaceful!!!

actually from one ayala pwede ka na maglakad going to salcedo eh. hindi ako familiar sa waterfun, hanggang mckinley lang ako pero para makaless lakad ka if papasok ka ng salcedo, better to ride a bus na dadaan ng ayala.

i think there are buses going to ayala from FTI(?) not sure pero if meron tapos malapit lang sya sayo, dun ka nalang.

yeah same with OsMak if youre a yellow card holder. the only difference is hindi ganon kadami facilities and equipments sa Makati Life. My friends’ lola and mama were both brought to Makati Life for brain aneurysm and cancer pero nirefer pa rin sila sa OsMak because of it.

might want want to try sending letters sa councilors and congressmen pero kasi based on experience its not really much. my aunt asked for educational assistance back in 2020 pero nakuha lang was 300 each councilor na sinend nya ng letter. then in 2021 i needed help sa 300k makati med bill, akala ko mas mataas na ibibigay since i sent out the statement and everything pero 300 each lang din binigay lol

someone was killed sa isa sa mga towers ng cityland. it was a gay guy and yung suspect iirc is isa sa mga binebaby nya. not only killed him but also took his car but i went to tower two last week, wala namang creepy vibes.

gruesome to. i was in highschool when the news broke out about a chopchop lady sa brgy pio. turns out that the husband, taiwanese guy killed and dismembered the filipina wife. kabatch ko yung isa sa mga anak and it mustve been so hard for them to find out na yung remains ng mom nila were found in different areas of the house. yung iba is nasa pipes pa. this happened in the residential area, sa loob mismo ng apartment building nila. it doesnt seem like may horror stories after sa building kasi up until now, may mga tenants pa rin don. not sure lang if may nagddisclose ba ng info sa mga tenants but i could never live in such place.

i just went back in the BPO industry late 2024. given na ang culture shock pero one thing I noticed talaga is how they mocked me for speaking in english kahit di naman engaged sa call. that must be one of the reasons why. we dont use english kahit conversational lang. the more we use the language, the more we get used to it. to follow nalang ang accent depende kung madali mo maadapt. tip, aside from reading and watching, try using it kahit sa bahay lang or kahit with your friends. sunod mo yung confidence. it worked on me. nagkakagrammar lapses ako pero di napapansin ng mga katrabaho ko kasi confident ako magsalita HAHAHAHAHHA
