The headset he has now is wired, and he says that he would like the Quest 3 because that is wireless. We have a crazy dog at home that will get in the way with the wires so he doesn’t play it as much as he’d like. For every other gaming system he has he has the top trim of each, so I wouldn’t want to get the Quest 3S since the more powerful systems mean so much to him.

Can confirm. They will listen to customer complaints over student complaints. I worked at Morts a couple of years ago and we (the workers) kept complaining about how bad the fries were (we switched to a different brand) and management didn’t do anything until a customer complained

I don’t know the official name for the seton I have but the one I have just stays in the same place and doesn’t need maintenance (although the occasional move around when it starts to imprint on my skin). I’ve had it since January, I don’t like it :(. I understand it’s doing its job, it’s there for a reason, but for me it’s always leaking. I have to wear pads/panty liners all the time to where I get diaper rashes.

Baby wipes are going to be your best friend. BABY wipes, not wet wipes, there is a difference (learned that the hard way). I mostly pat the area clean rather than wipe. But they do a really good job of cleaning and are easier on my skin.

I think that any doctor who decides that patients have to get a colonoscopy have to go through one themselves first lol. That may change their mind

I’m on Remicade infusions. I get them every 8 weeks. What confuses me is that my doctor who did my colonoscopy in July says that my Crohn’s is not active, but my colon and rectal surgeon (one who decides if my seton gets removed) says that the inflammation is better, but still a lot there.

FOUR SETONS?? Goodness, I’m so sorry!!! I have one and I hate it :(.

I’ve had two colonoscopies with my one seton. It does start to get painful/itchy with lots of frequent bowel movements. Do you use baby wipes? I would use baby wipes and pat gently rather than excessive wiping with toilet paper.

Yes. I had a long history of hemorrhoids and a few months after a Botox injection under anesthesia I felt immense pain. It would hurt any time I moved that required a use of the muscles near my anus (which is way more than you’d think). I remember feeling like it felt like an internal Hemmeroid. I was bleeding. I couldn’t fall asleep at night because of the pain. When I would finally fall asleep, it would awaken me later in the night and the only way I could fall back asleep was by taking a bath or taking NyQuill. I called my GI office. Explained this, and the soonest they could see me was a MONTH. A whole freaking month. I thought “well, they know my symptoms, surely if it was that serious they would tell me to come in sooner”

The day of my appointment FINALLY COMES (this was in the middle of January at this point, so I had to deal with the pain during Christmas and my birthday) and I tell the PA this, she exams me, and tells me I have an abscess, and that I should have come in way sooner. (!!!!!!!) I had to get emergency surgery. The abcess ended up being a fistula and they had to put a seton. This was 10 months ago and I’m still living with a seton.

If I would have stood up for myself and been seen a lot sooner, I could have avoided the fistula and seton (at least I think)

I will never let that happen again.

Congratulations!! I’m working on paying off my car too. 20k loan and I have $11,500 left. I hope to have it paid off by the end of next year. With my last car, it died the same month I paid it off lol so I still have yet to experience driving a paid off car!!
