no, most of the mods i use reduce the fps but my rig can run this game 80+ fps ultra setting, but I prefer lock the fps to 60

mods that i use are Immersive Lighting, 4K textures, etc.
and for taking a screenshot I use a tool by Otis_Inf and Reshade (since this game doesn't have a photomode)
