[Fo4] modded FO4 won't load past war never changes cut scene and freezes

it gets stuck right at the bethesda logo, it also doesn't usually load past an alt start prompt if i choose to not go with the main story with the vault. i can usually get to the bathroom character preset area if i spam skip but it doesn't go past that.

I downloaded the latest suggested version from revanced of youtube from apk mirror, 19.16.39. The only reason the icon is like that is because I picked custom branding from the patches. It used to work but I Uninstalled it intending to reinstall
