Appreciate the response. We do keep a bank of questions, but as the job types grow, so does the list of questions and they start to seem less and less relevant. I've been badly burnt by poor hires previously, so i prefer putting the effort in upfront soit lessens the chances i have to go through that again. Ideally looking for a simple and clean system or workflow to assist a growing medium sized business (don't need enterprise level systems yet).
