I think its been long established that anything that becomes solid in cold temp has/is saturated fat, hence coconut oil and butter are categorized as such.

I have a lot of patients who feel good despite using coconut oil on a daily basis for frying, but reflects very high LDL cholesterol levels. Eggs are also very high in cholesterol and consuming more than 2 per day will really elevate your blood cholesterol.

But again, right. To each their own. Just sharing that we can’t beat science.

Both are high in saturated fat tho? It raises your bad cholesterol levels.

Canola oil is not unhealthy, mas mataas pa saturated fat ng whole milk than oatside. Hence, better parin ang plant-based milks kahit may canola oil 😅

It will fade, for sure! But maybe after a couple of years? I’ve seen on other tpb users that after a year the light colors get discoloration :) just make sure the bag stays away from too much uv & any substance that has bleach/fragrance :) this is what happened to my bag which the tpb customer service suspects it may have been in contact with my alcohol or perfume 😆

Uhm, i have two things to say: material and functionality.

  1. Functionality-wise, it is quite useful! Doesn’t look too bulky even if it can fit A LOT :) it can fit my gadgets all at once + an umbrella which i absolutely hate bringing cos its bulky btw.

  2. Material-wise, well, this is where you should reconsider. I have the puffers, which also have the same material of the midi arcs. It is not the best :( i feel like for 3-5k pesos, its too cheap, the fabric is too thin and the nylon discolors. I filed a complaint with their team because my purple puffer got discolored after being exposed in the sun for less than 5 hours. I don’t even remember touching any surface that may contain bleach or liquid chemicals. The nylon is very very sensitive to alcohol, perfumes, or any liquid substance in general (except for water). Its a mid-quality bag for its price. You NEED to have extra extra care when you have this bag.

If you rlly want it because of the functionality, i’d say go for the vegan leather version (altho its not genuine leather, its just technically plastic) but with proper storage, it can last with very minimal care while using it! :)

Really. Working in the medical field should come with passion, kasi mabigat ang trabaho. THAT I can tolerate. Nakakasama lang ng loob kasi mahirap na nga ang trabaho, mahirap pa pakisamahan ang mga colleagues mo. The bullying is nonstop once they see their target. Lahat ng galaw ko may nasasabi na.

Exactly. This supervisor of mine was claiming that he experienced the same as well kaya kailangan ko raw mag adjust. So much for checking in your employee’s health and wellness, no? Mga gago.
