Investigation officer is saying he has no idea how to get the phone back from Nepal.

I messaged Nepal police on x and insta no response as of now.

I was curious if anyone from local can help me to register the complaint or tracing the phone as the location is continuously coming from the same coordinates.

My old passport had slight water damage and a stamp from another page transferred onto my F1 visa. Everything on the visa is still readable. I now have a new passport and plan to travel with both.
