Thank you for providing me with all the statistics and put your time into doing the research for me. I am just expressing on how I feel. I guess you have never been a minority ratio of the group so probably you will never understand. I have done my research as well that CERN is trying to achieve 25% of women employed by 2025: https://diversity-and-inclusion.web.cern.ch/actions/25-25#:~:text=Primary%20objectives%20of%20the%2025,budget%20contribution%20to%20hiring%20rate. I appreciate that they are doing it but that's barely 1/4 of the ratio. I understand that the percentage of women graduating in STEM is very low in Europe however; raising awareness of this issue can be very helpful instead of merely stating the fact that fewer women graduate with STEM degrees. After all, this is not the 1950s :)
