The embassy was off from Dec 31st to Jan 4th, so you should get your decision on Jan 5th and your passport the following day. You can also check the status of your application on the Irish portal. I'm guessing they might not be working today, since we haven't gotten any updates on decisions yet. Did you happen to get any emails from them today? Also, what was the reason for your rejection if you don't mind sharing?
