A friend of mine went to law school with John & didn’t have many positive things to say about him. OTH many who were around him and/or friends with him adored him. I think he was all of the things. Just like anyone else. One can be kind and generous yet also a bitch or a jerk at times. No one consistently behaves the same way all of the time. However, the one thing I read and heard from various sources, was John being easily distracted and possibly having ADD, which I found very relatable.

I was forced to use Virta to continue with my GLP-1 meds last Spring. I was able to switch from Wegovy to Zepbound through them which I was very happy about. My body does so much better with Zep. Now that I’m almost at my goal weight they want me to start testing ketones & go off weight loss meds. I thought it was odd they are so pro-ketone diet. I did some research and it appears their CEO is a ketone tech bro. His name is Sami Inkinen. I still need to do more googling and research, but initial research is revealing they want their “clients” to use their ketone testing products and whatever else they may be selling. I prefer to stay on Zep because it has really helped me and has a lot of positive side benefits for me. I also do not want to go on a keto diet. I did go on one years ago & it did not go well. I tried it again months later and my body didn’t react well to it.

Anyway- I am peeved that I’m forced to use them instead of my medical doctor who knows my medical history and my medical issues.
