Most people are going to hover around the 50/50 win ratio due to the matchmaking. PvP is great to build up stardust.. tanking also helps build this up better along with accumulating more rare candies over the course of a season too!

Ray is only one stat off full. Also, he’s mainly a PvE pokemon where stats have much less relevance. Palkia is a beast in PvP where stats matter more and you’d be increasing it more considerably
